Egress (Escape) Windows

We install egress windows as well, it's a dirty job but somebody has to do it.  Our experience through the years has helped us to develop a method that is clean as possible, controlling the fine concrete dust that can easily spread through the entire house.  We use an Alliance casement window that meets all egress code requirements with a steel well,grate, and ladder.  It's not only a safe idea; it's required by law if you have a finished room in the basement.  We also remodel basements to include recreation rooms, bedrooms, and bathrooms.  Finishing your basement is one of the best ways to add value to your home.
